MOUNTAIN ASSAULT SEATS WARRANTY

WRP proudly provides a one-year limited warranty against defects in workmanship and materials caused during normal and reasonable use with correct installation. Damage caused as a result of intentional misuse, vandalism and/or neglect is not covered under this warranty. Should you need warranty work or other repairs, please call WRP at 801-899-2592 to obtain a RMA #. Warranty claim items will not be accepted without a valid RMA #. You must have a valid proof of purchase in order to receive an RMA#.

Customer is responsible for shipping in both directions.

WRP will not pay for return shipping of warranty repaired items.

Closeout, factory seconds and clearance items are sold as is and do not carry warranty.

 

MOUNTAIN TUFF RUNNING BOARDS & MOUNTAIN AIRE VENTS WARRANTY

WRP proudly provides a one-year limited warranty against defects in workmanship and materials caused during normal and reasonable use with correct installation. If your Mountain Tuff Running Boards crack or break un- der normal use, just return the defective board and WRP will replace it free for a one year period. WRP is not responsible for shipping costs to return defective running boards. Should you need warranty work or other re- pairs, please call WRP at 801-899-2592 to obtain a RMA #. Warranty claim items will not be accepted with- out a valid RMA #. You must have a valid proof of purchase in order to receive an RMA#. Customer is respon- sible for shipping in both directions. RETURN POLICY

WASATCH RECREATIONAL PRODUCTS RETURN POLICY

Wasatch Recreational Products offers you a 15-day return period from the date of shipment; SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS EXCLUDED. A restocking fee of 20% may apply (at WRP's sole discretion). Contact our Main Office to process a return. Do not return an item without receiving an RA number from WRP. We specify that the product has not been installed or damaged, does not have missing components, and that the manufacturer's documentation is intact and must be in the original packaging. We will not accept C.O.D. packages. Products, which are not in like new condition, will be charged a restocking fee at the discretion of our company. Credit will be issued for the products only. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Should your order arrive damaged, contact your local UPS office or appropriate delivery company within 48 hours of delivery for a claim replacement to be accepted. If you experience a problem with the freight company handling your claim, please contact our sales office for assistance.

Special orders are non refundable. When a refund is applicable, credit card purchases will result in the return credit being applied to the same card used for the original purchase. A Wasatch Recreational Products check will be issued for refunds to sales where the original payment was made by check or money order.
